[cisco-voip] CCM 8.5.1SU3 Bulk Administration > PHones > Update Phones > Query hung

The next button is hung.  Next does nothing.  I tried re-starting the Bulk Provisioning Service.  Any other ideas?  It didn't even give me a query window.  Just stuck on the last query I ran.
