Vignesh,

Can you open the file in notepad and see what specific line items and quantities the license is for?

Thanks,
Brian

Subject: [cisco-voip] Cisco Unity Connection License

Dear All,

I have installed the License for Cisco Unity Connection generated from the PAK UCXN8-UWL-PAK, but I get the following message after License installation.

An insufficient license violation has occurred. For details, open the Licensing screens on the Cisco Unity Connection administration web pages. There is no license to add voice ports. Please purchase additional licensed functionality. If the licensing violation has not been resolved, the system will not be operational.
Files installed:cxnXXXXXXXXXXXX.lic. Files failed to install: 0.

The mac address of the server (mac address from show status command) is same as the mac address used for obtaining the License. There is a demo License for 2 voicemail ports, but once I install the new license, the demo license is removed so I cannot use any Voicemail ports.

Thanks & Regards,
Vignesh S
