Hi Jason, consider requirement is call manager service restart (can be done
using 'restart' as well as 'stop' and 'start'), the effort is to minimize
the impact by not overloading the secondary server and also targeting an
optimized way of doing it to avoid issues, hence debating over restart vs
stop / start as a recommended course of action.
