So it looks like they are saying, you get the promo bundle, which entitles you to order UCCX licensing at a bigger discount?
Ted - just curious, but why do you want to use TAPS? Most people just use EM instead.
Cheers,
Tim.

Be persistent with the licensing team, ask for escalation if you don't get anywhere. Those guys work off some pretty specific parameters, if it doesn't fit, they might tell you to go back to point of sale. In my exp, best to try and go a level deeper into Cisco, so ask for escalation.
Cheers,
Tim
Here is the official response I received if anyone is interested.

Hi Steve,
Got response from the Product Manager saying that;
This has been documented in the ordering guide since the promo bundle was introduced.
The promo bundles come at significantly reduced pricing as compared to ordering CCX separately.
In addition, we offer a 30 day demo license with the package.
Please let me know if you need additional information.
