[cisco-voip] We are upgrading from CUCM and UCCX 7.1 to 9.2

We have users that need simplistic instructions on new features.  (If any) on how to log into UCCX 9 and any new features in CUCM.  We have the servers built but they are virtual and we did not migrate the database over from our old versions to the new virtual servers.  I can log into the UCCX server and download Agent Desktop and Supervisor Desktop  but am unable to log into the CUCM to create an acct and provide screenshots of what agents are to expect with the new version changes.  Does anyone have any screenshots of this provided to users after a major upgrade such as this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  My boss told me that I need to provide instructions to people of I will have "hell to pay".  Not sure exactly how much that will cost but I don't want to find out.
