[cisco-voip] Restarting services on ELM server without server reboot or restarting ELM?

Is there a way to restart services on a ELM server without rebooting the
server?

The hostagt process is at 97% CPU and only way I see to clear this out is
by rebooting the server. A restart of ELM doesn't appear to restart this.

Can't restart that service through the command line and I can't find a
serviceability web page to restart services from like with CUCM, etc.

admin:utils service restart Host Resources Agent

Executed command unsuccessfully
Invalid service name for restart, valid names are:
   System SSH
   Service Manager
   Cisco Tomcat
   Cisco ELM Admin
   Cisco ELM DB
   Cisco ELM Server
