CUC is fine with + in 9+

But why would you do a new deployment in something older than 9? Just for the license changes I would hate to post pone the inevitable.

UCCX does not support the +. CUC only supports the plus on alternative extensions.

What is CUACP?

I'm looking to use + dialing in my next customer dialplan design.

Could anyone tell me if there are any restrictions with deploying e164 with + dialing for the following application versions:
CUACP 9.1
CUCM 8.6
CUC 8.6
UCCX 8.5
CUPS 8.6

Thanks
