[cisco-voip] audacity settings for CUE prompt

If you have access to the editor and can make changes to the test script,
then you could do a number of things:
1. Place a Label step above the Play Prompt step with a Goto step under the
Play Prompt step, pointing to the aforementioned Label step, causing an
infinite loop
2. Concatenate your small prompt 3 or more times E.g., Play Prompt
(--Triggering Contact--, P[mysmallprompt.wav] + P[mysmallprompt.wav] +
P[mysmallprompt.wav])
3. Abandon your real audio file solution and use 60 or more seconds of
silence E.g., Play Prompt (--Triggering Contact--, DP[60000])
4. Abandon using the Play Prompt step all together and loop a Delay step a
la suggestion number 1 above
