[cisco-voip] audacity settings for CUE prompt

A co-worker showed me Goldwave to convert prompts in large batches (say a folder full of wav files in wrong format). Goldwave worked very well for “batch processing”

Thanks Jason. I too use the record with VoiceMail trick, but i wanted to learn how to use audacity since i had a few moments, and I wanted to do a simple cut and paste which i've needed in the past.

I eventually got it to work, using the settings shown in the page you sent off.

It’s the same.  Once trick I use it to leave a voicemail in Unity and the attachment is correct if set for G711..  In Connection choose Accept and Forward to send the .wav file to an email address on the mailbox.
