[cisco-voip] 8.5 to 8.6: Missing SW Feature License

Hello,

I recently did an 8.5 to 8.6 upgrade and received a "Missing Software
Feature License" alert.

Licensing team generated a temporarily license but was not able to tell me
how can i permanently fix it.

Does anyone knows how can i permanently fix it?
