[cisco-voip] Odd one-way/no audio issues with just one user

No custom DSP ware on flash. Yes, the DSP Firmware was updated with the IOS
update I did earlier which fixed some duplicate DTMF issues. Unfortunately
can't go past 15T without getting more memory in the router. I've thought
about it, replacing PVDM but they have calls come in other GW at other
location to same person that have same problem occasionally so the problem
calls aren't isolated to particular gateway.
Jason, everything is on same subnet voice wise and no devices inline/etc
inspecting traffic. GW---Cat4500---3750--phones. Servers are plugged into
4500. Checked out the network connections hop by hop, no errors, proper QoS
markings and trusts occurring, nothing out of ordinary. No visible errors
in logs, counters all look fine, etc.
Wes, the payload on the problem call starts with fe then goes to ff, then
7e. SR 627142541 has the pcap.
