Here is the config I use on my routers

call-manager-fallback
 secondary-dialtone 9
 max-conferences 2 gain -6
 transfer-system full-consult
 ip source-address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 2000
 max-ephones 10
 max-dn 20 dual-line
 date-format dd-mm-yy
