[cisco-voip] Cisco 4451-x and ext-sig on e1 interface

Hi all.

Can someone give me a hint isn't possible to setup external signaling on an e1 interface on a 4451-x router with this software.: isr4400-universalk9.03.10.00.S.153-3.S-ext.SPA.bin
The router looks like this.:
