[cisco-voip] User still in corp directory that was removed from AD. 9.1.1.20000 (9.1.1a)

Wes,

We resolved by doing a "utils dbreplication repair" at the command line. DB
Replication showed fine everywhere though.

The user was not in the enduser table on any servers.
