[cisco-voip] Getting alert as MGCP D channel out of service but no sign in the voice gateway.

Hi,
Today I got the alert as one of the MGCP PRI was down in RTMT, however in the voice gateway there was no sign of that.
I checked isdn service, status and logs but still no sign of down.
(also checked the Voice port and MGCP endpoint).
Any suggestion to know more on this.
In the custom Alert section last alert raised at 10:34:57 AM 04/09/14 and System cleared timestamp 10:35:27 04/09/14.
