Update... if I put the line appearance for the failing agent on another phone , leaving it also on the new phone setup, the agent can now sign into the queue without an error.   The agent is not setup on the other phone, nor is that agent subscribed to the other phone, but somehow just putting the line appearance on that set makes the new setup work.   Don't have a clue why or where to look.

I am setting up a new phone (7965) for use in our schools registration area.   The staff there logon to one of three phone queues and therefore phones are setup with the three queues and respective UCCX agents.   Two of the queue agents on the phone are able to login to the respective queue exactly as they should.  The third agent queue brings up an error  "Unable to log you in due to a configuration error (phone is not associated with the RM JTAPI Provider user ID).  Contact your system administrator for help."   I know the phone is associated to the RM JTAPI id because the two other agents connect just fine.   IF anyone has a suggestion I would be very thankful.   I have restarted the UCCX, and still get the same error.
