[cisco-voip] UCCX 9.0.2 hang at Language Update is in Progress, please wait (forever)

Running new install of UCCX 9.0.2   Has anyone seen where near the end of install when you pick a language it gets stuck and never continues?  I waited 30 min and then went back to /appadmin and went thur setup again just to stop at same screen.
