[cisco-voip] UCCX 9.0x browse to .aef and .wav files

Correction.  I said File > Open and I meant File > New.  If you click the
icon (the little white sheet of paper) it will not work the same.  So, be
sure to do File > New.  Nice UX feature: inconsistent outcomes for
performing the same action.
