[cisco-voip] CUBE SIP behind NAT Router

Hello all,

I have been here before different scenario now!

I have a CUBE 2901 sitting behind a draytek router like so:

Internet -->Draytek --> CUBE --> Callmanager (H.323)

The SIP messages are showing the local private IP address of the LAN (see
below) gi0/0 address which the SP is rejecting. I have tried to bind the
SIP messages to a loopback with the public address and it is now showing
the correct address in the invites etc. but I am not seeing any replies
from the SIP provider other than my invites out.

I have done a port scan and port 5060 is open and I can see that the CUBE
is being seen on the Internet. The SIP provider is IP authenticated also.

Could anyone tell me what I might do to get the router to send messages
using the correct public IP address as my understanding is the bind will
drop any packets that are not destined to the bound address, I think the
draytek router is NATing the packets back to the local address which is not
helping (although I have not confirmed this yet).

Has anyone come across this kind of scenario before and can help me get
round this issue short of throwing out the draytek router?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Euan
