[cisco-voip] Enabling Finesse on CCX?

You need to start the service via the cli..
List the services and you will see a finesse one.

Playing around with CCX 10 and can't figure out where the heck I enable this? Have looked at the admin guide, release notes, etc. The finesse admin pages aren't loading either.
Anybody know?
