[cisco-voip] one way audio in established call?

You can look at the CDR records for packets sent/received. You can look at the phone for packets sent/received. You can look at the gateway for rtp packets send/received. You would then need to follow hop by hop looking for lost packets in direction of remote caller. Not really an easy fix, requires digging into it.

Check the Phone Load for bugs, and the IOS gateway for bugs.

Replace the handset/phone. Does problem follow new phone?

Subject: [cisco-voip] one way audio in established call?

I have a user who insists he is getting one way audio (he can hear the other party but they cannot hear him) several minutes after the call has been established and is not pressing the mute key.

Is there something that would show in the CM traces to indicate why this is happening?
