Look for "No Answer Ring Duration". It's in seconds. Depending on other parameters, the number of rings the called party and the calling party hear are different.

Subject: [cisco-voip] number of rings

Good day all,

Can any point me to where to change the number of rings on CUCM? My default is 3 rings then voice mail; I need to change that for individual phone to 5 rings.

Thank you,
Leonard
