[cisco-voip] CUCM 9.1 with 9971 cosmetic error in phones Console Logs : VPN Error: VPN is not Configured

While it's not impacting anything, it's rather annoying console log message.

New install out of the box 9971 phones show in the console log "VPN Error: VPN is not Configured." repeatedly.  No VPN is being used, it appears a normal check for a VPN Profile, but since we aren't using this feature is there any way to make these messages stop showing in the 9971 console log?  Phones are working fine.

CallManager 9.1.1 and 9971 SIP 9-4-1-9
