[cisco-voip] Call Reporting Software

Is anyone aware of packaged third party reporting software that is
compatible with UCCX?
It is nice that CUIC is web based, but it has not met my expectations
regarding custom reporting. It is super painful to use a CUIC premium
system just to add parameters/filters that dont exist in the stored
procedures. It takes way too long to make simple changes.
I have one customer that uses business objects which is nice but that is an
expensive product.
