[cisco-voip] CUACA Advanced Settings for Transfer not "Sticking"

I bet it doesn't... I don't control the computers for this client.  Users just need read/write on the HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Arc Solutions\Call Connect  keys right?

Why is this? I believe this was to replace that registry setting for direct transfers, but when we set it, it is not staying. Am I missing something?
Very annoying.
