[cisco-voip] Cisco Jabber 9.6.0 Call Preservation

We have CUCM 9.1, IM&P 9 and Jabber 9.6 connected to IM and P as
softphones...

Call Preservation is not working... in the event of a CUCM loss, the call
drops...

Gateway is H.323...

Any ideas how to remediate?
