[cisco-voip] CP 8941 High pitched noise

It looks like your sample noise didn't attach.  Do you have a packet
capture covering one of these instances as well?  May be due to comfort
noise as seen in this bug- https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuo30730
