[cisco-voip] UCS Mini with UC

They are supported and the recommended scenario for SRSV now, but not supported for CUCM fully yet. I believe there is DOD pilot going for on and Specs-based may be supported, but the size thing Lelio mentions would come into play right now for general use.

Are you talking about the UCS express? I'd like to be able to get a couple of those in my ISR-G2s and use those instead of SRST.

However, it comes back to, and this is something new that I heard about only at Cisco Live this year, that the design guide says all your subscribers should be the same size.

That being said, apparently they are considering supporting it.

I know that the UCS mini is VERY New but has anyone put any cycles into thinking about it as a UC platform.

For those EDU's / Agencies / etc that have Voice verse server teams, it looks like a good possibility thou it does remind me of a ICS 7750 ;-(
