I put both forward and reverse dns entries in.
Show network eth0
Then check the client CRS logs for errors.

Thanks Jason, I have been pulling my hair out for a couple days with this one.
I created an entry in /etc/hosts but still have the same result. Was there anything else required to make the reactive debug work?

While executing and reactive debug I am getting "Engine Hostname list is empty Check the
LDAP for enabled CRS Engine"
It has
CSCuo83214 Any RMI Call to UCCX Requires UCCX hostname entry in /etc/hosts
