[cisco-voip] CUCM v9 - Block OffNet To OffNet Replaces ???

Just wondering about this service parameter. Is it similar (in any way) to Block OffNet to OffNet Transfer? Is the "Replaces" reference to a SIP protocol/feature? 


Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Replaces) 

Block OffNet To OffNet Replaces: Required Field 

This parameter determines whether replaces between external (OffNet) parties are blocked (not allowed). The default setting for this parameter is False, which means that the behavior of the replaces feature will not be changed. If this flag is True and replaces between external (OffNet) parties is initiated, the replaces will be blocked. 

This is a required field. 
Default: False
