[cisco-voip] Agents using IP Phone 7841 stuck in reserve state with "busy here" message from SIP phone to CUCM

I was hitting unregistration issues with one customer and I opened
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCun17651 which should be resolved
now though.
