[cisco-voip] UCCX Redirect

Folks,

I have a dead air issue when my UCCX script redirects a call to an outside number. Internal and external callers hear the same "dead-air" issue.
I have read two theories..

- one the Redirect is like a cold transfer and should have the "Call Consult Transfer" instead so the call is like a warm transfer.
- second is that the mtp should be on at the gateway and cucm, with MOH set for the CTI ports.

any suggestions would be appreciated.
