[cisco-voip] CUEAC 9.1 Client software on Win7 32-bit error message

Per the install guide, all dependencies (DotNet3.5) is supposed to be
installed automatically if you don't have it.

Leaves me with a couple of suggestions:
1. Install .Net 3.5 and see how it behaves.
2. Install .Net 3.5 and hit up windows update for the 30 or so patches, and
see how it behaves.
