[cisco-voip] 'buzz' secretary's phone?

I think I've got a solution.

1. We need to use an ATA-187.
2. Take the wires and connect them to a metal plate.
3. When he dials the ATA's extension, the secretary will experience a jolt.
One jolt means x, one means y, and one means z.
