[cisco-voip] inbound call statistics

Is there any software which can integrate with  SIP Trunk at Non Cisco Call
Center and provide following required Historical / Real time information
for all inbound calls.



·         Call volumes

·         Call durations

·         Waiting times

·         Repeat callers

·         Abandoned Calls

·                                  Geographic Region
