[cisco-voip] Emergency Call Center

Hi,

I want to query the collective knowledge trust here.

I have a requirement to setup an Emergency Call Center/Public Safety
Answering Point (not in US). Does anyone know What is involved in setting
up the Emergency Call Center for disaster? Can it be done with UCCX?
