Vignesh,

Can you try downloading the phone config file via TFTP and take a look at what it looks like?

Hello Brian,

I tried that today but no luck. Any other guess?

Thanks & Regards,

Vignesh,

One thing I see that’s missing is there is no username/password under the logout-profile. After adding that, I’d try doing a “no create cnf-files” then “create cnf-files” and then reset the phone.

Hello All,

I have configured the following in the CUCME. On the Skinny phone, the "Login" Softkey is greyed out and Mobility softkey is not active, so that I could not able to login to test the EM feature.
I am not sure why the login softkey is greyed out and the mobility softkey is not active. Please let me know what I am missing or how to make those keys active.
