Unplug and plug the phones back in…..

You can try to reach the ip address of the phone and view/save the console log files for troubleshooting….but I’ve seen this happen before.

Hi all,

One of our sites had about three power cuts today and it seems that some phones are registered on CUCM, but some are not.

What is the best way to bring them back?
