[cisco-voip] 3905 under provisioning on a failure

Hello guys,

I would like to ask here, if someone had already the same problem as I am
facing in my network.

I have my DC, where is my CUCM cluster, i have some offices they are
connected to my DC by my mpls network. If the comunication between my
offices and DC flap or something like that, the Ip Phone 3905, stay in the
screen with the message...

"Phone is Provisioning", but my DHCP is working good, my networks is OK,
the phone only back to work if i reload him.

Anyone here faced with that?
