[cisco-voip] Any documentation on Jabber for iPhone and iPad 9.6.1 ???

Jabber for iPhone and iPad 9.6.1 was released on Tuesday Jan 14th 2014.

I see the .cop files on cisco.com and the Application in the AppStore on my iPad, but there are no release notes, or documentation on cisco.com.  All I can assume is that these .sgn files need to go on my Publisher/TFTP server?
