[cisco-voip] can't duplicate freeFTPd 1GB file limitation bug with version 1.0.12

i've been using the free Solarwinds SFTP product.   It is free and simple.
  I did have a problem once with an older version on 64 bit 2008 R2, but
haven't had the problem recently.
