[cisco-voip] SIP Dual Forking?

Have a customer that is interested in having both his L ync 2013 soft client and CallManager 9971 phone ring at same time, he also wants the same extension on both and them to both work.  They have a couple hundred people they want all setup this way.   I don't think SNR/mobility will meet his needs.

Does anyone have this type of Dual Forking working?
