[cisco-voip] SIP Dual Forking?

This should work fine with SNR.  Just set the delay before ring timer to
0ms to have them both ring at once.  You'll need to add a prefix to the
number on the CUCM side but just strip the prefix before you send it out
the trunk so you can keep the same extension number on both systems.  Only
limitations I can think of is going to be BLF/Presence.
