[cisco-voip] Cool Tool IMP Domain Check

Let's you check if WebEx Connect is enabled for a domain, as this can break IMP On-premise deployments.

http://sjsspr593.corp.webex.com:8090/configui/view/domaincheck/domaincheck.jsp

If a domain is associated with Connect or any other IM provider, you'll get message telling you who the owner of the domain is.
