[cisco-voip] Jabber 9.7 Softphone to CME 9.1 IOS 15.2 9971 no video

I do not.

The CUBE is flow-around. I tested adding a video codec h264 on the CME dial-peer and that didn’t resolve it.

I’ll pull more ccm and CME traces and dig into it this week.

Does CME 9971 have RTCP enabled by default out a SIP trunk? Does CUBE care about RTCP?

Jason,

Do you have MTP Required on the SIP Trunk? Can you pull the CallManager traces with the SIP Stack trace enabled as well?

Thanks,
Brian

I can make calls Jabber softphone to same cluster CUCM 9971 with video fine.

When I make a call Jabbe Softphone call via CUCM SIP Trunk to CUBE to CME 9.1 15.2 I get no video. Any ideas? Is there a setting for RTCP on a sip trunk or in CME somewhere? As I saw a similar issue on NetPro resolve that.

CUCM 9.1
CUE IOS 15.1
CME 9.1 / IOS 15.2M5
