I think the CUBE should do RTCP passthrough. Make sure RTCP is enabled on
the 9971 under the Product Specific Config.
Run "show voip rtp connections detail" on the CUBE to see the RTCP packet
counters. I'm not sure how accurate these numbers will be using
flow-around.
