[cisco-voip] 9971 as a Trader phone

If all calls was selected then they could just press the call appearance
button on the right to answer the call - or pick up the handset, hit the
speakerphone or headset button etc. It would be just like the had the
correct line appearance selected, but without having to swap between the
directory numbers.
