[cisco-voip] Jabber for Ipad - Phone Dialing Missing?

Jabber for Ipad 9.6 - CUCM 9.1.2 SU1, IM&P 9.1.2
TAB device setup in CUCM and registered, user set in CCM End Users and CTI enabled groups. User CAN sign in, and TAB device shows registered, but phone options are missing.
SRV records for _cisco-uds and _cuplogin are setup and working.
Any ideas?
