[cisco-voip] UCCX High CPU & Memory Usage

I have this in my lab:

Uptime:
 01:06:22 up 22 days,  6:54,  1 user,  load average: 1.40, 1.46, 1.19

CPU Idle:   95.05%  System:   00.99%    User:   02.97%
  IOWAIT:   00.99%     IRQ:   00.00%    Soft:   00.00%   Intr/sec: 285.15

In case you are suspecting high-CPU, collect the information like I mentioned earlier. Like James mentioned, I don't see much which is a cause of alarm.

I'm not sure I understand the problem. I'm staring at a system working perfectly well that has similar stats. Which one are you worried about? Your processor is 96% idle.
