You can use the following tool to view IP phone compatibility with a selected version of CUCM:

The required firmware is listed beside each supported phone model.

I know that the 1st gen phones are end of life, but they should still connect to a callmanager 10 environment ?
I have a client that wants to upgrade the system, but at this time not willing to upgrade the handsets.
